DDmap ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Solstice Holdings Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the DDmap mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Location Data: When you use the map, we access your device's location to center the map and provide relevant property data for your area. Location data is used solely within the App and is not stored on our servers.
• Search Queries: Addresses and parcels you search for within the App.
• Portfolio Data: Properties you save, notes, and portfolio names are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to DDmap Pro, subscription status is managed by Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymized usage data (such as features used and session length) to improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Data Sources

DDmap displays property data sourced from third-party providers, including but not limited to ATTOM Data Solutions, Regrid, the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, and Google Maps. DDmap does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property data displayed in the App. All data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate advice.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's core functionality
• To process subscription purchases and restore access
• To respond to support requests
• To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party APIs (ATTOM, Regrid, Google Maps, RevenueCat, U.S. Census) that power App features. Each has its own privacy policy.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

Portfolio data and saved properties are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this data is removed. We do not maintain server-side copies of your saved properties.

6. Children's Privacy

DDmap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
